Eat a BookI prefer them less ripe, without the spots. I would have removed the spots but photoshopped food just doesn't taste as good as natural.

I enjoyed Dan Koeppel's first book -- To See Every Bird on Earth, a wonderful look at his dad's birding obsession -- and was reading Banana when I met him at a conference earlier this month.
