Snow not quite melted off after full day of melting weather - 5pm

Now realizing a design limitation: we sloped the front roof to hold flat mounted solar PV panels at 25 degrees, optimizing summer production (instead of ~35 for year round). This may result in longer times for snow to melt/slide off. At 5pm solar HW tubes are clear of snow, but small PV panel circulation pump is still covered with snow.
