House in St. Jean Aux Bois

    Saint Jean Aux Bois is a tiny village in the large forest of Compiègne that I have visited many many times since I was 8. It has been quite a while since the last time so this was a very memorable trip. And it was so reassuring that nothing had changed in all those years.

      Love the combination of climbing roses and house. In my opinion, the door looks too modern and spoils the look of the house
