Sadness 90/365

Had a bad day trying to resign at work. For the past 2 and a half years, work is the only thing that's made me cry.... needless to say they did it again today.

Yikes! Hopefully your current employer is only making noise - the last thing any company wants is bad publicity. It might be worth talking to an attorney to find out what your rights are and what your employer's rights are - better to be informed when making a decision.
