Hispanic Gotic order in Sicily. Built on about the 14th Century, in the ages the roof had been destroyed. This is the Church of the Saint Mary of the Spasimo (of the pain pang). The tree inside the Nave is something of unique in all over the word. Magnificient. The church was a part of a Monastery that was the site of the Olivetani monk's order (the monks of the mount of Olives in Jerusalem). Abandoned by them was changed as the Hospital for the prostitutes. To day is an exciting monument of the city.
