Saturday 14th May 2011. We had a very lazy, hungover morning and Becca ran me one of the best, most rejuvenating baths of my life, with a duck shaped bath fizzer. After a boulangerie lunch, we spent the afternoon mooching in Parc Monceau, sunning ourselves and playing the dictionary game.
This evening Becca went to watch the 'spectacle' of the girls she nannies for, while Will and I took my stuff to Ally's and went out for dinner with her at la Grande Mosquée de Paris. It's an absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated mosque, with a fantastic restaurant. We had couscous with perfectly tender lamb and, while Will dashed off to meet Becca at a party, Ally and I bought takeaway Arabic patisseries and went home for a quiet evening of mint tea, patisseries and lots and lots of catching up.
