last week, while we were still in new england, i taped up the back of my canon ae-1 (still haven't fixed those light seals...i know, i'm a slacker!) and took it with me to the sea. barely made it in time...i'm always chasing the light. sometimes, just sometimes, i catch it.

i got a new scarf, and i'm a little bit in love. i'm also obsessed with etsy (which is where i bought the scarf). problem.

i've currently got 5 rolls of film that need to be developed, and i'm slightly broke, so i'm only taking one or two at a time to my local photo place. and let me tell you, i am getting crazy impatient. anyway, all that to say, my portrait for week 8 is being developed right now. and i'm crossing my fingers it turns out.

this image is completely sooc, except for the crop...the sun was crazy that night. crazy in a good way.

i often find leaves hanging on together in pairs of two. i think even they know that it's impossible to go through life alone, without someone next to you.
