Nonofar is an Armenian from Greece who has been living in Montreal for 45 years. Always in the Mile End neighbourghood.

She actually stopped me so I could help her carry her grocery back to her place. Which I did of course, it wasn't exactly a big task, for me at least. She gave me 10 bucks, she wouldn't take no for an answer and was offended when I tried to refuse. Even when I said that a picture was enough for my efforts. She wasn't too enthousiast about being taken in picture either. I though she was really elegant in her mathcing coat and hat/scarf.

She was so tiny I had to get down to her eye level to get the shot.

The research forum I have organising for 2 months was held on tuesday. I have to say it wnet well for all that was my part and that the help I had from my boss was very efficient. I learned a lot in the process, that's for sure.

this cat has been saying hi to us every kindergarden day for over a year. My little one will notice when the bateries are off or getting 'tired'. The whole store window is a paradise for kids and a nightmare for rushed parents.
