mini chocolate cupcakes 1

mini chocolate cupcakes 1 by chotda.
almost flourless valrhona chocolate mini-cupcakes with a squidge of double cream and fresh raspberry. my take on the fabulous chockylit's take on clotilde's chocolate cake.

note: if you make these (follow the links to the recipe), bake for 10 minutes only, turn off heat, then keep in the oven for 10 minutes with the door closed before removing them to cool.

elegantsufficiency, thank you so much for the lovely compliment, but i don't know how much credit to take. i actually just use a point and shoot camera, nikon coolpix S1. the trick is that take photos in natural indirect sunlight, and i use photoshop, mostly to clean up the images and crop them.
