hi bunch and chocokat! ha. and add to the fact that "bumbong" means "bamboo", you can have all sorts of graphic images running through your head....

I'm from Manila, Philippines and I've never been to this Saturday market. (Quite a distance from where I live though.) They have so many good looking stuff. Am now planning to go there one Saturday morning. ;p

magnifique--you should definitely try to make it. it doesn't really get going until 9-10am, even though it opens much earlier, so you don't have to worry about missing all the good stuff.
