maple glazed pecans 1

2 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sea salt
2-4 cups of pecans (depending on how sweet you like it)

mix corn syrup, maple syrup, sugar, salt. coat pecans well. bake in a 400˚F oven for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. watch carefully as they will burn. cool completely before eating.

essG! you can make these in a microwave. 2 minutes, high power, stir well. cool. you can add a little cayenne and/or black pepper for a sweet and spicy mix.

essG, just be careful that it doesn't burn. use a ceramic or glass dish, microwave for a minute, stir them a bit, microwave for another minute. if you are only doing two cups, you shouldn't need more than 2 or 3 minutes.
