    indian dessert made from paneer (soft cow's milk cheese), formed into balls, soaked in a cardamom-spiced sugar syrup, and served with a cinnamon-cardamom cream sauce and a splash of orange water.

      eerrm... it was "ras malai" - just funnier because ummm they were dressed as ganstas.
