Lovely graphics... I did ponder a bundle of these on EBay a while ago but the article style seemed somewhat strained and fusty with not enough emphasis on large scale moderisn and contemporary design and rather too much on fiddly knick-knacks and housewares.

I've been thrilled with the articles, particularly in the issues from the early 1950s. Almost exclusively modernist design, offering early spotlights on/by icons of modernism, superb research material. While the articles may not be great journalism, they do offer a wonderful window into the craft movement of the mid-20th century.
