Mystery Cuff Revealed

Daylight makes all the difference in photographing these!

After my disastrous experience with "Storm at Sea," I owed Lisa Peters another piece for her show this weekend. I just love this button of hers.

Materials: ceramic button, rayon floss, cotton batik fabric, interfacing, rayon machine embroidery thread, nylon ribbon (the knitting kind), dyed freshwater pearls, delica beads, and LEATHER. Almost forgot: I made a stamp from an impression (woah) of another, larger Lisa Peters button and used that with teal ink on the primarily green batik.

Yup. Me likes.

All three pieces are going out Next Day Air this afternoon.
