Surely every diver can, at one time or another, identify with these lines. Neutral buoyancy having been achieved, the now-weightless diver has truly "slipped the surly bonds of Earth" and may now explore the unseen frontier beneath Earth's waters.
He is relaxed, and appears to be intently following a compass heading. No frantic movements are needed as that would only spoil his reverie, consume his valuable air, and shorten the dive. Ah, the beauty of a night dive where you only see that which is illuminated by your torch and up is often defined only by the direction of escaping bubbles. Not for the claustrophobic but for those adventurous enough to try it, a sublime experience.

Beautiful as it may be, Blue Lake in Kabardino-Balkaria is a mere bathtub compared to the White Sea where you photographed free diver Natalia Avseenko body-to-body with belugas so successfully last April. Now you show a scuba diver surrounded by an aura somewhat like Aquarius the Water Bearer swimming through a sizable star-spangled aquarium. Bravo.
