Very crisp nice shot but as
mentioned above, its difficult to tell what it is about. I suspect a long exposure has been used to capture the streaks of light left by passing traffic (one sees the two streaks of red) but then they should have enjoyed just a bit more prominence in the scheme of things to be more effective. Then it might have really looked very nice. Just now its a great looking set waiting for the act to start :-)

This shot needs a passing vehicle on the left-hand side, as it is it's missing a subject. I do like the creepy atmosphere (the bright blobs of light and the lens flare add to that).

You need to try this from a different location that captures more action. I've found from trying this myself, that you have to have action, or something to draw the eye. Here, there's one red streak and little else.
