I think this is great, tell me how did you get the foreground right with the moving water and hdr, am I right in assuming a hdr of the top half blended with a single exposure for the bottom?

Thanks for the comments! Yes, the water is almost all a single (+0ev) exposure. I brought the HDR and the middle exposure in photoshop, laid the single exposure on the bottom, fully masked the HDR, then painted out the mask where I wanted a little more interesting luminosity.
