Venom

Venom

A green mamba shot in the San Diego Zoo. Scary to know you'll die within a few minutes if you don't have the antidote at hand. It's also one of the fastest moving snakes on the planet!

Todos Somos Uno

Todos Somos Uno

Our forms maybe different, our lifestyles maybe different, our ways of communicating may be different, but underneath all these layers, we are the same, we are one and no different from each other.

Watercoloured

Watercoloured

My experimenting continues. Expressing movement and action by using a slower shutter speed can sometimes be very rewarding. Personally, this is the closest I've come to painting with a camera. These ducks were swimming fast, and randomly yet in a beautiful pattern. The sidelight bouncing off the water is definitely an added bonus.

The Hunter

The Hunter

I'm going back to some of my earlier shots and thinking of new ways to process them. What you see here is one such experiment. The tiger is definitely one of the most beautiful and majestic predators in the world. Seeing it in B&W really appealed to me, so I switched to B&W for this one. CS5 is definitely a boon in terms of what you can do with curves and levels. :)

In Quiet Contemplation

In Quiet Contemplation

We live in a busy world, filled with the pressures of work, health and relationships. If you could get away from it all and spend some time, alone, with nature, you would feel oneness with nature and all that is around you. After an early morning hike, my friend and I came to this bench to catch a breather. The sounds of the waves, the stormy clouds seemed to communicate in their own way to us. We forgot what it was to feel worried. There were no thoughts, just a sense of happiness beyond words. We were In Quiet Contemplation…. I've added this image to my 500px account as well. Have a look and leave your feedback if you have the time : 500px.com/photo/5075185
