Need A Little Help

Last week, Rebecca climbed this thing for the first time. Now, all she does at the playground is climb to the top, then ask for help coming down. When you set her on the ground, she runs around to the steps and does it again.

Sometimes, she comes down the slide side, and sometimes steps out this opening into our arms.

Way Too Much Fun

Rebecca's expression shows she's having tons of fun, as she heads toward the top of the playground equipment (at which point, we'll help her down and then she'll climb back up again). I quit counting at a dozen circuits.

New Growth

The shrubs in front of our house are doing well.

I'm still not sure what kind they are exactly. They stay green year round. There are no flowers. Last winter, there were tiny dark berries, but I haven't seen any this time around. A few days ago, tiny buds started appearing as new branches form.

Is It A Comb?

She crawled underneath her crib and found this piece of her old mobile. She uses it to bang on things. But here, she wondered if it was also a comb or head-scratcher. It seemed to do the trick.
