yeah something like 08:00 or so..

i was running at 07:00 on the beach, and then i ran for my camera because of the sun raisings.. but then.. some seconds before the sun rises came out.. the fog came... i could cry....

 

this woman i met on the beach, while i was running,.. and photographing, she was train her horse

So i decide to capture this moment,

i just "sit" or get "sitting on my knees" (sorry for my bad english.. i do not know

the vocable for that.. ) and take my 160 iso and my normal objective..

(55mm ), yeah and the only thing i've made in photoshop was the frame

and compressing the picture for my flickr account (scale down the size)
