Thanks Claude. That's my favourite photo, and it just happened. He was sitting there working, and I was just shooting randomly, it just clicked the right moment.

It's a guy posing in front of some wooden planks. It's a nice shot, but it's just missing that brilliancy that is needed to end up in the Safe. The colours look a little bit washed out too.

Very good photo. The out of focus background brings attention to your subject very well. An excellent picture for it's type but unfortunately there isn't anything here that stands up and yells save me.

I like this picture. Human interest, unusual pose, expressive face, good exposure, a fragment of a life.

A good photo, and I might consider it a save, but you're being way too soft on the other photos, posing a threat to the integrity of the safe.

I like everything but the low contrast and flatness. Try makeing it a bit more punchy.

I don't understand why he is leaning over like that -- it's distracting and weird.

I can't for the life of me figure out what five people see in this. Unless you've been voting to save everyone else's crap?

Akward pose (but better than lying on crates), low contrast, colors are somewhat dull. It's good for a quick snap but it could be a lot better.

Also, the composition is too tight in my opinion. He's a construction worker, we should be seeing his hands. Hands, next to the eyes, are the most emotionally expressive part of the body.

For the second time today, I sat looking at a picture, thinking for a couple of minutes about what I like, what might not work, and by the time I decided, someone already put the final vote to it.

Well, I found it a tough call, and I'm abivalent (in such cases, I tend to default to delete). The posture is interesting, the expression is interesting, the locale is interesting, overall good capture. The color of the light is slightly problematic, perhaps multiple light sources of different color temp., or differences in shade and direct lighting? Anyway, it's a bit bluish, and the blue cast is most evident in his nose and lips, but also evident throughout, in hightlights on boards, etc.

Although this is a fine shot, it is not or was not in the top 10 of Interestingness, and I have regretfully removed it from the pool.

Please read the guidelines of groups you post to.

This is the guideline:
This group is for photos that are listed in the Top 10 of Flickr's Most Interesting photos for any date.

Go to any month on Flickr's Interestingnesscalendar, click on a date, then click the Most interesting photos from [date] link. If one of your photos is listed in the first 10 for that date (that is, if it is on page one), it is eligible for this group. Please add it to the pool!

Another very helpful tool is Scout, which shows which of your photos is in the top 500. You can sort by position, and if it is #1 through #10, it is eligible for the Interestingness pool. (Because the Interestingness rankings change constantly, so will this capsule view.) However, because of the ~ in your Flickr name, Scout cannot access your photos, and I cannot find it on page one of December 2, 3 or 4.

If it is not or was not on page one of the calendar view for the day, the photo is not eligible for the Interestingness pool.

Note: A photo might appear as the big image on the Explore! page or might be among the Most Interesting in the Last 7 Days, but that does not necessarily mean that it is or was on page one from the calendar view, which is the only criterion for eligibility for this pool.

If I am mistaken and it was in the top 10, then please forgive me, accept my congratulations, and re-post it to the pool.
