It sat through 1 winter like this all duct taped up. Then I had to cut more off and rebuild the bottom.

I put on the 4x4 pan and cleaned the heads ,and all needed gaskets.

The used head cost me $30 and I did a bowl blend and port polish on it. At least I do not have to push it around the yard.
