Sound Transit - Beacon Hill Tunnel Tour Dec 2006

Some co-workers and I received a tour of the under-construction Sound Transit Beacon Hill Light Rail tunnel in December of 2006. From the west entrance, under I-5, we walked 1,700 feet into the side of Beacon Hill where the light rail station is being excavated roughly 165 feet underground. Thanks go to Daryl at Obayashi for the very interesting and unusual tour.
