Dark is the valley of shadows, Empty the power of kings,

A day spent without the sight or sound of beauty, the contemplation of mystery, or the search of truth or perfection is a poverty-stricken day; and a succession of such days is fatal to human life.

Twenty minutes of early morning walk through woods and fifteen minutes sitting on one of those benches observing light’s supremacy; I bet there can’t be a better stress-relief therapy.
