I'm back after a year of inactivity. Lots of pictures to post and lots of catching up on everyone else's posts .. one full year's worth!

This is a picture of one of the giant and ancient bells of the Old Post Office Pavilion clock tower at Washington DC. A great view from the terrace and not some OK food at the food court below.

The Milwaukee Art Museum is a structure one cannot miss. Every angle in and around the building offers a unique photo op. On the other side of the glass is Lake Michigan.

It wasn't pleasant standing in sub-zero temperatures waiting for the 'wings' to close at 5 pm, but I'm glad I finally made it there - it was definitely poetry in the form of a building. The 'wings' that are closed in this photo will be opened again at 10 am.
