      It's there, heading out of town, just before the One Stop shop as you come up out of the dip.

      I'll have to seek it out. Just surprised that I never noticed it as I used to live off Burley Road.

      There's a bit of a distinct lack of interesting neon in Leeds, you see.

      Yeah, you're right there, only other bit of Neon I can think of at all is inside The Wardrobe.

      If it helps the scissors are pretty new, only appeared some time in 2004 or maybe late in 2003.

      Yeah, they have cool signs for the ladies I seem to remember.

      No help - I only moved from there in May 2004, so I've no excuse for being so unobservant.

      Hi Russell

      I am going to use this image in a community newsletter on older people's reminiscences - one lady talks lots about cutting images from old magazines in order to create a 'book of the world' of characters.
