I spent several hours at this cemetery - the most notable in Paris - on July 8, 2008. Though there are many famous dead people whose last stop was here, I didn't go celebrity hunting. Rather I just went for a walk. I find it fascinating what we do with and for our dead. This is a great place to see what some of those in Paris have done over the past 200 years with theirs.
