Hello to all my dear friends.

I am still trying to recover from my accident at Algonquin Park the end of September. I am still on antibiotics. My leg is still not healed.

My doctor gave me one antibiotic that I ended up being allergic to so I ended up with yet another mess that has not cleared up.

I find it hard to sit in front of the computer for any length of time.

Here is a little something I had started quite some time ago. It is not quite done but I thought I would share with you today anyways.

I hopefully will be well enough again soon so I can start doing some more flickring and get around to all of your wonderful photo streams that I have been missing lately. I try to look at your wonderful captures but am unable to sit and comment. Please forgive me.

I did not realize that it had gotten that bad.
Well I do know the feeling of one thing after another after I started having disk problems, then fell and pinched a cervical nerve (and I will not go on from there but you get the drift )

I think for people with issues such as yours, it is all the more frustrating when one cannot even sit at the computer as it gives one a release, a relief from everyday woes

Beautiful image the way it is, so I can imagine how much more beautiful it could be
(no i cannot, its gorgeous the way it is !!)

I am so sorry to hear you are still not healed and how horrible to have to go through an allergy to the meds. It just makes it all worse. Now though, have you even got a second opinion as to why it has not healed yet? There can be related issues that affect the speed of the healing if they are not addressed. Stress (like post traumatic and normal life stresses) can cause a slow down as can diabetes and such. I'm not suggesting that you have diabetes ... but take if from one who knows about wounds, infection and healing time ... there is usually some underlying cause that could be going on .. so I hope you can seek specialist's help.
My continued wishes for a speedy recovery are on their way! We do miss you lots and really wish you had at least the computer to take your mind off of it. Sending pain free vibes ... no pain no pain no pain ...
