Kat - the produce clerk had just set these out so there wasn't even a price on them yet, but I already wanted to HOARD! And then when I found out that they were from Turkey, it was hard to resist running off with the entire flat. But I didn't think that was nice so we took the best (biggest) ones from half of the box. Heehee

I be stuffing some with mascarpone then wrapping in pancetta and pan-frying. Will try to remember to take a photo before feeding my face.

IE - I tell you, it makes a grown woman cry. The italian figs don't come close.
