Lovely Surprise
I'm having an intentional break from medical appointments since my GP suddenly changed.
Today, one of lovely receptionists brought lovely present for Basil and me. I'm very lucky to have the team of kind & friendly receptionists who knows me and knows what to do when I suddenly become unwell in the waiting room.
Her kindness certainly helped me to be courageous and face the new GP who doesn't understand my condition. (maybe in the new year...)

Blood Collected for Bond Uni ME/CFS Biomedical Research
This is the last blood given to the current Bond Uni ME/CFS Biomedical Research. They will analyse all paticipants' blood and will make the final conclusion on their findings.
Blood was collected 6 monthly over 2 years. Since my condition is severe, getting to the hospital was always extra challenge, and I often crashed/collapsed on the way to hospital or back to home.
To me, attending all blood collection session was achievement.
