Everything looks nice.
A little bit of water damage on one corner of interior.
Could use some recaulking around windows. ($10 bucks for a tube of caulk to fix.)
Truck pulls easily with a Mazda B2300 Pickup Truck. About 12' long.
Has a title, but small enough that Kansas does not require it to be licensed.
