Spicy fried King Prawns
King Prawns marinated with chili powder, turmeric, salt, lime juice, ginger, garlic and fried. Garnished with corriander leaves.
mmm... Perfect with a good pint. The caramelised bits taste the best.

Thanks Smirky. Instead of using the flash on my camera which is a bit harsh, I turned on the light on my mobile phone and took the photo,
Also thanks for the offer but I dont know any secret recipe for tasty fish 'n chips :-)

are you mad!? I would never have to eat fish n' chips again if you were cooking in my kitchen!! I'd much rather have what you're having... you're very very good!

Had to fave this for the recipe alone, but the photo also a class deal.
PS don't take up Smirky's offer. The East Belfast chippy economy will disappear overnight if you did.

Thanks Nick, this is really easy to make.
Thanks Jonathan, earlier I used to post recipes as 'private' and then add them to groups as I thought people would find it boring and I was also a bit embarassed to admit I like to cook but It's nice to know that it is interesting to most.
