Semipalmated not Bairds Sandpiper immature 2-20120717

The sandpiper in the center appeared a bit longer-winged than the Least (not Semipalmated) next to it. Its wings extended to the tail and the primaries protruded a bit longer beyond the coverts than the others. I am not sure it is a Baird's, so any opinions would be welcomed. It had black legs and a straight bill that was not noticeably more slender than the Semis. Its back feathers appeared more scalloped or scaly than the Semis and Least Sandpipers. Can it possibly be a Pectoral Sandpiper, as one observer noted?
