This shot was taken at the very tip of the point at Peggy's Cove where the rocks slope gently into the sea. There are several signs posted instructing you to stay back from the edges, along with the sign affixed to the lighthouse explaining that there have been people swept into the sea in the past. This man was sitting as close as he could get to the waves and with the tide coming in, no less. If a slightly larger wave came in, this man could have easily been swept away.
