Jerrold Maddox

The concept is simple. The text is in Trajan which is based on Roman
inscriptions and therefor clearly alludes to the project name. It can be
used in a variety of different ways and still be clearly recognizable of
the same logo. The XML is included to suggest the open and flexible
possibilities offered by the use of the tools the ROME project is developing.
