Roa - Dead Rat

    Newer Older

Out of the house taking pictures for the first time in 3 weeks because of cellulitis in my right leg which has been a complete pain. But had to catch the Roa show at Stolenspace as it is the final day tomorrow (Go if you haven't already it is spectacular - not at the Stolenspace space but the installation at the Funeral Parlour at 17 Osborne Street).
I can't believe how popular street art has become, at no spots that I visited was I ever the only photographer there, I felt like a tourist. Also walked past at least two Street Art Tours with over 20 people on each tour. Unbelievable, I think I should have stayed in bed.

Батонер, SEASONE-EPCLAN, Noro8, and 16 other people added this photo to their favorites.

We went and checked it out today as well as Ian Francis at Laz, Blek at Opera and Gary Taxali at little Laz.
Completely agree, street art tours everywhere it's like a disease.

Didn't know about the Taxali show, don't even know where little Laz is or is that the one on Greek St. Love his work, reminds me of Brian Taylors. Hope all is well mate.

Street art has evolved out of tagging into something really wonderful, check out Combo's Paris pasteups, they are on another level.
