    VIEW LARGE. In 1964, my wife, Sammy, and I took a 1,700 mile, 10-day trip all through New England and Nova Scotia on this little Vespa scooter and came upon this rather unbelievable sign along the way. To this day, we still rank this as the best vacation we've ever taken.

      Wow what moxie! Hardy souls you two with a refreshing sense of adventure! ( lol! Do you remember the scene from 'Dumb & Dumber when they make Aspen on that pygmy moped!!? ) Thanx for sharing these awesome vignettes from your life--you make me happy to know you both in this limited but profound way!
