solar powered attic fanI always thought that roofers were just messy and lazy then using sealant. Turns out, it's a challenge to control! 36 volt fan motor warrantied for 5 years. Turns on >80F, turns off <65F. US Sunlight Solar panel and housing warrantied for 20 years against defects.  Costco had these on sale for $300, but there's also federal and local rebates for installation that bring it down to about $150 total. Took my time, and was about an hour to install after gathering all the necessary tools(!).
