I'm not sure if he does this on purpose to make you think, or if that's a Danish to English idiom translation thing. I tend to now think this is the former, rather than the latter. :-)

Mainly that web apps are making inroads to the enterprise from the inside out, rather than pitching the enterprise directly.

And that design approaches in the smaller apps will entice/force enterprise software vendors to improve usability via employees who use small, well designed applications.
