This stats graph describes the effect of social news sites on traffic. I noticed a small spike in traffic that became a torrent within a few hours. During the highest traffic period, my total views were over 1000 per minute, followed by a steep drop the next day.

It's not the first time someone has posted the radiographs set, or some individual radiograph,on Reddit or Digg. There was a 24 hour period in 2008 that had 566,000 views. The radiographs comprise nearly all of the 3 million + total views I have. My photographs account for less than 0.1% of these views.

Sternum

Normal sternum with pronounced calcification of the costosternal ribs. This amount of calcification is unusual, in a 24 year old male patient. This is an example of a well visualized sternum, through conventional radiography. This particular exam is quite difficult to perform, and this level of visualization is rare.
