My grandma and Alibar. She's 85 and he's 26.

My grandma has been riding since she was in her 20s. She taught me the basics of riding when I was a little girl and with the help of my mother, helped to encourage my lifelong love of horses. As I mature, I have begun to appreciate her favorite discipline, dressage. She rides with very quiet hands and a lovely seat. The last horse that she showed was an Arabian stallion.

Grandma only gets out to the barn a few times each year now but she also takes roller skating lessons during the week- she's an inspiration to us all.
