A bad approximation of the Antarctic Peninsula, which is usually under South America. I blame global warming.

I found this in a old notebook. I reminder from 2003 of what I can expect in the capital.

Hee. I didn't notice it being too cold when I was in Wellington, but it was around late summer, so I guess I lucked out. I like the arrow pointing to the nothing. :)
