      "Hi Robert,

This is a bit of a long shot, but I work at a digital publisher called Open Air Publishing (openairpub.com), and I'm editing a book about wine. There is one quick section about how wine is made, and I've been searching far and wide for a photo of the red wine floating cap. Yours (www.flickr.com/photos/robwallace/2847334531/) is the best I've found, and I was wondering if you'd be willing to let us use your photo in our book.

Let me know if this is something that would interest you. "
