sticky bunI would pick off the nuts and dig into this middle part. I love the soft inner swirl! ![]() From Balthazar Bakery. The taste was delicious but the texture of the bun's outer layers seemed a bit too hard for me. The center was the best though, nice and soft. Not sure what happened to the outside parts. The sticky part (not really sticky, more like crunchy caramel) was SO GOOD. Oo yeah.
