Better than Bouchon's, but that's not saying much is it?

These are lighter, have a better filling-to-cookie ratio (like 1:1.5 or 1:10, depends), use more finely ground almonds, are a little less sweet (but still a little too sweet, I think)...

But you may as well just wait to go to Paris to eat macarons! :\
