much is it?
These are lighter, have a better
filling-to-cookie ratio (like 1:1.5 or 1:10,
depends), use more finely ground almonds, are
a little less sweet (but still a little too
sweet, I think)...
But you may as well just wait to go to
Paris to eat macarons! :\

No waiting. I've decided to go on a macaroon
mission! (In addition to my barbecuing and
sourdough baking. That actually gets close to
covering all meals. Hm.)
