Now this has been picked up by the Flickr blog and the views have gone mental I thought I'd write a bit about this one. The Jardin Flambeau was an installation piece in the park behind mine and my wife's (the lovely cuttlefishlove) flat - very convenient.
It was set up by French group Compagnie Carabosse, who basically set the entire park on fire - it was amazing. This device opened and closed like a flower - in its closed configuration, here it looked like a burning hot air balloon, and sprayed water mist into the fire buckets giving a sudden burst of light.
