my first iphone

cybersoc.com on an iphone
my first iphone by robinhamman.
I held my first iphone at the apple store in Chicago. They're lovely although the lack of 3G and a crummy camera pretty much rule this version out for me.

Ditto... I'm actually more interested in the new ipod touch which features wifi and safari.

This could be a BIG development for mobile internet as it takes it out of the technogeek PDA/Smartphone domain and instead, puts it into the hands of the iPod generation...

@ Paul Hurst - totally agree, and from a social/technology POV its interesting to compare this with the Palm Foleo debacle. I flip-flop between wanting to do everything on my phone (have ditched the ipod in favour of a 4 gig card for the n95) and still wanting a better camera & bigger screen for web browsing.

It depends on whether you want a potential piece of history or a handset that has had the bugs ironed out.

I never regretted buying the very first iPod despite the fact that it was only 5gb.
