Newt's New Chick

Newt's New Chick

"She's a real dish," Mr. Gingrich said to David Koch, who offered Newt a billion dollars for his campaign, "with no strings attached," Koch said, adding, darkly, "and be sure you tell everybody that I said that."

"The other thing I love about my new chick," Gingrich remarked, "is that she's Russian, just like Ayn Rand was ... & like Ayn, she opens herself at the slightest twist."

Gordon Gekko: Who won?

Gordon Gekko: Who won?

Newt: I did.

Gekko: That's GREAT! Your underwear must be more magic than the other guy's.

Newt: Lots of girlies think so.

South Carolina Has A Winner

South Carolina Has A Winner

UPDATE

January 21, 2012

P U won - America's smelliest toad.

But that other stinky, Magic Underwear, is receiving solace from his hairdresser & plastic surgeon, Ick Sanatorium is still straitjacketed to the race, & the Ayn besotted Twerp of Selfishness cannot shut up.

... It will be dragon breath on both sides all the way to November despite B.O.'s perfumed mouthwash.

Free Speech & One's Right to A Full Life

210BC - China

One soldier responds to another:

"Shut up! Never say that again to me, you traitorous peasant, or our Great Emperor will have us both beheaded."

Ultima Ratio Regum

By Stephen Spender

The guns spell money's ultimate reason
In letters of lead on the spring hillside.
But the boy lying dead under the olive trees
Was too young and too silly
To have been notable to their important eye.
He was a better target for a kiss.

When he lived, tall factory hooters never summoned him.
Nor did restaurant plate-glass doors revolve to wave him in.
His name never appeared in the papers.
The world maintained its traditional wall
Round the dead with their gold sunk deep as a well,
Whilst his life, intangible as a Stock Exchange rumour, drifted outside.

O too lightly he threw down his cap
One day when the breeze threw petals from the trees.
The unflowering wall sprouted with guns,
Machine-gun anger quickly scythed the grasses;
Flags and leaves fell from hands and branches;
The tweed cap rotted in the nettles.

Consider his life which was valueless
In terms of employment, hotel ledgers, news files.
Consider. One bullet in ten thousand kills a man.
Ask. Was so much expenditure justified
On the death of one so young and so silly
Lying under the olive tree, O world, O death?

I am indebted to dearest Mr. Gravyboat for the link to this deeply moving reading.
