Hands Project - Tanya
I am reminded of the energy that I put into a massage, it takes alot of
strength to do these moves. At some points I am squeezing his hand, I
know it feels good for the person receiving the massage. I can actually
feel all of the muscles relaxing. It's as if the hand is giving a big sigh,
the breathing starts to relax, the shoulders soften, and they feel so
much better afterwards.
This is my favorite picture. I am not massaging him, I am only
lightly holding my husband's hand. At this point I am sending
him energy through my hands. The energy is a combination of
healing, love, concern, and happiness. Just by looking at this
picture I remember these feelings.
