It was a little iffy because they didn't tell me but after a few words with a nice lady at the Echo I got my name attributed to the online image. They have permission to use it now.

if they didn't credit you in the print version they violated the CC license, and you have the right to ask them for compensation, or if they refuse to do so take them to court...;(
